Registered Nurse, Healthcare Advocate – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge about Solace’s proprietary systems, tools, technologies, and performance expectations.

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with patients through active listening and empathy.

• Recognize and prioritize the needs of patients.

• Create comprehensive care plans tailored to patients.

• Address social determinants of health for patients, such as access to food resources, transportation, and home support.

• Assist patients in navigating complex healthcare issues and support them in achieving their health and wellness objectives.

• Facilitate resource navigation and resolve administrative and care-coordination challenges for patients via video or phone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Experience with a variety of patient populations.

• Strong clinical and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.

• Quick and efficient learner of new systems.

• Applicants must reside in the United States.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Availability for some hours during core business times, Monday to Friday.

• Previous experience in care plan creation is not mandatory.

• Comfortable assisting patients in a non-clinical role without providing direct patient care or medical advice.
