Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess OASIS evaluations for thoroughness, relevance, and adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Ensure precise ICD-10 coding and sequencing according to each patient's medical conditions and co-morbidities.

• Collaborate with clinical personnel to address documentation and data integrity challenges.

• Track visit utilization and highlight possible financial risks or underutilization to clinical management.

• Recognize and relay trends affecting agency outcomes and process metrics.

• Execute OASIS inter-rater reliability visits alongside clinical team members.

• Engage in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance initiatives.

• Remain updated on best practices through continuous education and professional growth.

• Carry out other responsibilities as necessary for patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active RN license in California in good standing.

• 1–2 years of experience in clinical home health.

• Familiarity with OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding.

• Understanding of federal regulations and state licensure standards.

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.

• Competence with computer systems and electronic health records.

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

• OASIS certification (COS-C) is a plus.

• OASIS Home Health ICD-10 coding certification is a plus.
