Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver concierge-level clinical care to Ezra members

• Engage with members to discuss their medical history and results

• Maintain and update patient medical records

• Act as a liaison to radiology partners for receiving results and requesting additional information

• Manage administrative tasks related to member care and Medical Team processes

• Assist with initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Contribute to clinical research efforts

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams

• Create and uphold standard operating procedures for existing and forthcoming products

• Keep abreast of clinical standards and research, applying evidence-based practices to clinical care

• Work the designated hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Valid compact/multi-state nursing license (NLC/MSL)

• At least 3 years of clinical experience

• Exceptional clinical skills

• Strong grasp of examination methodologies and diagnostics, particularly in imaging

• Experience interacting with patients both synchronously and asynchronously in a telehealth setting

• Access to a quiet work environment/office space equipped with high-speed internet

• Outstanding communication and listening abilities

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with effective time management

• Detail-oriented and resourceful

• Adaptable with the capability to multitask

• Proficient and comfortable using telehealth platforms and applications such as Zoom and Slack
