Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate OASIS assessments for completeness, suitability, and adherence to federal and state regulations.

• Ensure precise ICD-10 coding and sequencing according to each patient’s medical conditions and co-morbidities.

• Collaborate with clinical personnel to address documentation and data integrity concerns.

• Monitor visit utilization and identify potential financial risks or underutilization for clinical management.

• Recognize and report trends that influence agency outcomes and process metrics.

• Conduct inter-rater reliability visits for OASIS assessments alongside clinical team members.

• Engage in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance initiatives.

• Remain up-to-date with best practices through continuous education and professional growth.

• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary for patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active RN license in California in good standing.

• 1–2 years of experience in clinical home health.

• Familiarity with OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding.

• Understanding of federal regulations and state licensure standards.

• Excellent communication abilities and a strong attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.

• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic health records.

• Current CPR certification from AHA.

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.

• OASIS certification (COS-C) (Nice to Have).

• OASIS Home Health ICD-10 coding certification (Nice to Have).
