Regional Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and address the daily needs and requirements of key national accounts to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Establish and nurture relationships within key national accounts and with their clientele.

• Promote new product introductions to key national accounts and their customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for key national accounts within the territory.

• Offer product and technical expertise to customers.

• Oversee changeovers and secure unit box orders with national accounts.

• Support, attend, and engage in open houses, trade shows, sales seminars, and customer events.

• Distribute marketing materials to installers.

• Analyze reports, documents, and correspondence related to territory operations.

• Prepare scheduled reports for internal management and customers, including call reports, correspondence, Power BI, and Excel reports.

• Assist key national accounts in establishing new stores.

• Aid customers’ sales initiatives through ride-alongs for professional installer sales calls.

• Meet directly with installers and/or consumers to address specific product concerns as necessary.

• Execute other assigned job-related duties.

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of regional sales experience necessary.
