Regional Support Service Technician 4

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance and create documentation for inquiries made by customers and Field Service Engineers to the Uptime Service Center.

• Conduct remote diagnostic assessments of MI-SPECT and related equipment.

• Diagnose issues and formulate action plans for intricate problems and incidents.

• Anticipate potential challenges and deliver effective solutions.

• Collaborate with internal partners for matters that extend beyond the designated product area.

• Operate with minimal oversight from management.

• Proactively identify problems, conduct research, and formulate, implement, and assign corrective measures.

• Guide and provide technical operational leadership to TST 1, TST 2, and TST 3 team members.

• Assist in the dissemination of product knowledge.

• Aid the Operations Manager in developing and executing research to gather and report product- or site-related information.

• Propel personal KPIs and the Onsite to Online initiative.

• Foster an open, supportive environment that aligns with the Service Based Leadership culture.

• Work during the 1st shift and provide on-call support, including rotating weekends and holidays.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or vocational training in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• A decade of technical expertise in the repair of Siemens MI SPECT equipment.

• Strong understanding of DICOM standards.

• Familiarity with networking principles.

• Proficient in using Microsoft products.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer meetings and technical repairs.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.

• Availability to work a shift between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

• Must be prepared to be on-call and work rotating weekends and holidays.

• Proficient in typing and skilled in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other essential applications.
