
Regional Strategy and Operations Lead – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +7 more states.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Americas team and its partner network.
• Act as the operational link between global teams and the Americas region.
• Facilitate organization-wide processes, track strategic priorities, manage documentation, and oversee knowledge management.
• Lead the collection of partner data via the Global Data System, Network Survey, and Network Standards survey.
• Update and maintain Salesforce databases for partners in the Americas.
• Analyze regional data and trends to guide strategy and support for partners.
• Create and manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and other materials for the region.
• Handle logistics, payments, and operational processes for regional and global events, retreats, visits, and partner gatherings.
• Organize partner calls and learning sessions, including handling invitations, agendas, presentations, translations, and resources.
• Assist in onboarding new partner staff to platforms, tools, communities, and network opportunities.
• Develop and highlight regional success stories and examples of partner impact.
• Oversee the operational execution of the Americas budget and manage SAP/Concur processes.
• Support regional team meetings, retreats, and initiatives to build team culture.
• Undertake additional responsibilities that align with the goals and priorities of the Americas Regional Team.
• A minimum of 5–7+ years of experience in a strategy and operations leadership role.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is essential.
• Demonstrated capability to efficiently manage projects with a focus on achieving strong outcomes.
• Experience with operational systems such as Salesforce, SAP/Concur, and complex project tracking.
• Exceptional skills in prioritization, organization, communication, and project management.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partner CEOs.
• High level of attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy.
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and nurture relationships through proactive communication.
• Capacity to work collaboratively across multiple diverse and agile teams.
• Skill in diagnosing project-team needs and addressing project support requirements.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other client relationship management systems is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents is desirable.
