Regional Service Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans for contract deliverables and products under development.

• Oversee multidisciplinary teams involved in project execution.

• Monitor, manage, and control project status and financial budgets.

• Organize schedules and generate status reports.

• Identify project challenges and create solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

• Establish methods for tracking project progress, intervention, and problem resolution.

• Guide projects through the phases of design, implementation, and testing.

• Outline requirements and strategize project lifecycle deployment.

• Supervise professional and technical support staff.

• Coordinate tasks and align team members effectively.

• Oversee vendor task integration and assess vendor deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and evaluate project outputs.

• Facilitate project meetings and manage tracking, analysis, and reporting.

• Typically report to a Program Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of relevant experience.

• 15 years of experience in leading user support operations for a large agency-wide IT support contract, catering to a user community of 80,000 agency personnel.

• U.S. citizenship is necessary to obtain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance.
