Regional Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Qualify leads through the CRM system and arrange quality appointments for Field Sales Representatives to meet daily and monthly objectives.

• Maintain consistent communication with the field sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and opportunities.

• Meet with the manager on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to assess KPIs.

• Generate new sales opportunities via in-person cold calling, social media outreach, and phone prospecting.

• Sustain a high conversion rate from lead to appointment.

• Acquire skills in selling, taking custom measurements, and servicing Orascoptic’s tailored loupes and headlights.

• Attend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings, and continuing education events.

• Provide sales and service coverage for unassigned territories.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to customers to aid in funnel management.

• Offer sales consultations and post-sales service to customers both over the phone and in-person.

• Travel up to 75%, including weekends, primarily to schools, trade shows, and continuing education courses throughout the US.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required, with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and engagement.

• Experience in inside or outside sales is advantageous.

• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong business acumen, including fundamentals of business management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Demonstrated success in quickly mastering computer systems.

• High accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Capable of gathering, understanding, and interpreting information.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain rapport while handling situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.

• Must be able to reside anywhere in Great Britain (GB).

• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including weekend travel.
