
Regional Sales Specialist, Senior Living

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer sales assistance to communities as necessary
• Deliver continuous training to the sales team
• Manage property-level sales operations, encompassing the Oakmont Tour Experience, Tour Process Concierge Welcoming Standards, Tour Tree Phone Calls, Mail Outs, and sales productivity objectives
• Supervise networking strategies, their effectiveness, and productivity
• Organize sales and special events, including luncheons, VIP and grand openings, open houses, and resident referral gatherings
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and strategies for each community in collaboration with Marketing Directors
• Keep precise and timely Hold/Sold status reports
• Assess lead-to-tour and tour-to-deposit conversion ratios; provide training and follow-up as needed
• Manage direct mail databases for each community
• Set and track expectations and efficiency for inside and outside sales calls
• Assist in planning and participating in annual sales meetings
• Provide ongoing training on specialized programs
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of marketing process and procedures manuals
• Conduct mystery shops for quality assurance
• Establish and train new development sales teams while offering additional support
• Maintain regular communication with Executive Directors regarding the performance of the Sales and Marketing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within the senior industry
• Proven experience with direct sales in Memory Care and Assisted Living settings
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with effective communication skills for interacting with employees, supervisors, residents, and their families
• Highly driven and capable of working independently without supervision
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and health and drug screening before employment
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Prior experience in Senior Living is mandatory
