Regional Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop new customer connections within the FMCG industry through value-driven solution sales.

• Enhance sales initiatives and broaden the product range within the current customer base.

• Promote the adoption of sustainable product solutions among both existing and prospective clients.

• Construct and improve the project sales pipeline to optimize revenue opportunities.

• Engage in training sessions concerning products, innovations, and sales tools.

• Work in collaboration with European plants on quotations, project and customer statuses, plant strategies, and market implementation strategies.

• Maintain communication with clients and projects through the CRM system.

• Deliver detailed monthly reports and summaries of visits.

• Oversee budgeting processes and resource management to meet sales objectives and enhance profitability.

• Represent the company at local exhibitions to present products, network, and discover new business avenues.

• Report directly to the Regional Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Business or Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, focusing on flexible packaging for FMCG.

• Reside in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, or Romania.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients across the CEE region, including the Balkans.

• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, and a well-organized team player.

• Comfortable with remote work and skilled in reporting.
