This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Execute all field sales responsibilities within the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term professional relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Generate and secure orders for clients' business requirements.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Support teams to communicate product information and features.
• Anticipate future sales and compile regular reports.
• Document activities and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Serve as a trusted, consultative business advisor and partner.
• Identify customer business initiatives and needs, developing account plans to foster growth.
• Offer implementation support to enhance product utilization.
• Expand market share by converting business clients from competitors to Implant Direct.
• Establish and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, including cross-selling prospects.
• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate account penetration strategies with Inside Sales and Special Markets partners.
• Engage in tradeshows, educational events, customer training, and showcase activities.
• Provide prompt activity reports detailing expenses, assessments, account changes, and competitor movements.
• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of consultative B2B sales experience in selling complex products and solutions, demonstrating a successful sales record.
• At least 2 years of experience in Dental Implants is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in professional selling and influencing techniques as well as account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to implement effective time management and prioritization skills for maximum productivity.
• Frequent travel of approximately 60% is expected.
• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Capability to meet the physical demands of the position, including handling objects or controls, standing, walking, climbing stairs, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, and specified vision requirements.
