This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Drive sales growth in annual bookings across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
• Cultivate new district partnerships while enhancing existing accounts.
• Establish and uphold a sustainable pipeline within the designated territory.
• Maintain a pipeline coverage of 2–3 times and achieve over 100% of annual quota.
• Pursue multi-year contract opportunities to boost Average Contract Value.
• Generate 70% of the pipeline through self-initiated outbound efforts.
• Aim to produce around 25 qualified meetings per month and add $600k–$1M to the quarterly pipeline.
• Build and sustain relationships across 50 Strategic Districts.
• Deliver presentations remotely, on-site at customer locations, and at various events.
• Showcase models related to district literacy metrics, MTSS outcomes, and funding alignment.
• Oversee pricing, procurement navigation, proposals, and contracting processes.
• Qualify and advance opportunities through formal stages aiming for a 35% close rate.
• Maintain over 95% accuracy in CRM using HubSpot and provide precise weekly forecasts.
• Monitor and enhance stage-to-stage conversion rates.
• Collaborate with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams to finalize complex instructional deals and ensure smooth transitions for clients.
• Travel up to 50% within the designated territory for client visits, needs assessments, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in education sales.
• A minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying experience in education or enterprise B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving annual quotas.
• Proficient in HubSpot, forecasting tools, structured deal management, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• A genuine passion for enhancing educational outcomes and a belief in the value of the products offered.
• Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in delivering compelling presentations to both small and large audiences.
• Ability to discuss ROI, funding pathways, instructional impact metrics, and district compliance requirements.
• Preferred experience in successfully navigating complex instructional and compliance-driven K-12 education deals.
• Capability to work at a computer for extended periods, utilize standard input devices, and engage in virtual meetings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
