This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Attain and surpass regional sales, market share, and margin goals
• Mentor, nurture, and guide Account Executives
• Perform regular field coaching visits to enhance selling abilities, business insight, account management, and customer engagement
• Recruit, onboard, cultivate, and retain a high-achieving Account Executive team
• Set performance standards, annual goals, and personalized development plans
• Formulate and implement regional business strategies that align with commercial priorities and growth targets
• Evaluate territory and customer performance to pinpoint opportunities, risks, and strategies for growth
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, talent assessment, succession planning, and recognition initiatives
• Identify regional growth prospects and create strategic account plans alongside Account Executives
• Oversee promotional investments and regional resources to drive business impact and return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Sales Leadership
• Guide organizational change and the adoption of new processes, tools, and programs
• Organize and facilitate regional meetings and business reviews
• Maintain proficiency in CRM and leverage business insights to enhance execution and decision-making
• Travel within the designated region and occasionally outside it for meetings, training, and conferences
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without any current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
• Must live within the designated geographic region
• A minimum of 7 years of successful experience in sales, account management, customer-facing commercial roles, or related fields
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and achieving business outcomes
• Established ability to build customer relationships, influence stakeholders, and implement strategic business plans
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong coaching and talent development abilities
• Capability to provide constructive feedback, create action plans, and hold team members accountable
• Strategic thinking and business planning skills
• Solid business acumen and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Proficient in working effectively within a cross-functional environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM platforms and business planning tools
• Valid driver's license, minimum insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record as mandated by the company
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational verification, and motor vehicle records
• Approximately 50–70% domestic travel and regular overnight travel required
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• An Associate degree coupled with relevant commercial experience may be considered
• An equivalent combination of education and demonstrated business experience may also be taken into account
• Remote home office setup
