This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Achieve and surpass regional sales, market share, and margin targets.
• Enhance business performance by coaching, developing, and leading Account Executives.
• Conduct regular field coaching visits to enhance selling skills, business acumen, account management abilities, and customer engagement effectiveness.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Set performance expectations, annual objectives, and personalized development plans.
• Formulate and implement regional business plans that align with commercial priorities and growth goals.
• Analyze territory and customer performance to uncover opportunities, risks, and actions for growth.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture through coaching, talent assessment, succession planning, and recognition.
• Identify regional growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Manage promotional investments and regional resources to optimize business impact and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Sales Leadership.
• Spearhead organizational change and the adoption of new processes, tools, and programs.
• Plan and facilitate regional meetings and business reviews; convey performance, opportunities, and action plans to sales leadership.
• Maintain CRM proficiency and leverage business insights to enhance execution and decision-making.
• Travel approximately 50–70% domestically, including regular overnight trips and occasional travel outside the assigned region.

• Minimum of 7 years of successful experience in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, or related business fields.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance expectations and delivering business outcomes.
• Proven success in building customer relationships, influencing stakeholders, and executing strategic business plans.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• An Associate degree, coupled with relevant commercial experience, may be considered.
• An equivalent combination of education and demonstrated business experience may also be considered.
• Must pass a background check, which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and motor vehicle records.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of minimum insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record as required by the company.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic area.
• Starting base pay of $146,586.00–$209,409.00 per year.
