This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve and surpass regional sales, market share, and margin goals.
• Enhance business performance by coaching, developing, and leading Account Executives.
• Conduct regular field coaching visits to refine selling skills, business acumen, account management, and customer engagement.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high-achieving Account Executive team.
• Set performance expectations, annual objectives, and personalized development plans.
• Create and implement regional business plans that align with commercial priorities and growth targets.
• Analyze territory and customer performance to uncover opportunities, risks, and growth strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, talent assessment, succession planning, and recognition.
• Identify regional growth opportunities and formulate strategic account plans with Account Executives.
• Oversee promotional investments and regional resources to maximize business impact and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Experience, Training, Operations, and Sales Leadership.
• Lead organizational change and the adoption of new processes, tools, and programs.
• Organize and lead regional meetings and business reviews for sales leadership.
• Maintain proficiency in CRM and utilize business insights to enhance execution and decision-making.
• Travel approximately 50–70% domestically, including regular overnight trips within the designated region.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently and continuously without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop others.

• Must reside within the designated geographic region.
• A minimum of 7 years of successful experience in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, or related business areas.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding performance expectations and achieving business results.
• Proven track record in building customer relationships, influencing stakeholders, and executing strategic business plans.
• Must pass a background check, which may include previous employment, criminal conviction, education, and driving records.
• Valid driver's license, minimum required insurance coverage, and acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• An Associate degree with relevant commercial experience may be considered.
• An equivalent combination of education and demonstrated business experience may be taken into account.
• Starting base pay ranging from $146,586.00 to $209,409.00 per year.
• Cost of living adjustments may be applicable.
• Additional types of compensation and benefits may be offered.
• Remote home office environment.
• Periodic travel outside the assigned region for national meetings, leadership meetings, training programs, and conferences.
