This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Formulate regional strategies aimed at meeting revenue and expense targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Associate Director and/or Sales Director on regional strategic planning and objective establishment.
• Oversee manufacturing representatives and dealers to achieve sales objectives.
• Create, negotiate, implement, and evaluate dealer-specific programs.
• Leverage business technology tools to enhance customer retention and maximize sales potential.
• Discover new market segments and identify areas for growth.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key business partners.
• Educate and develop representatives and dealers on FOH products, brand, and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews with representatives and key business partners.
• Translate strategies into actionable, measurable tactical plans.
• Conduct regional SWOT analyses.
• Oversee and execute large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Attend inter-departmental meetings and act as an external resource for organizational development.
• Generate monthly analytical reports detailing performance, successes, and challenges.
• Engage in planning and participate in regional and dealer trade shows as required.
• Take part in one-on-one and group discussions.
• Advocate for FOH culture through actions and leadership.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales related to table-tops, hospitality, buffet, guest room luxury accessories, or a similar sector.
• Experience in managing a group of manufacturing representatives and dealers.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP Business One.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Strong ability to negotiate and finalize deals.
• An investment mindset regarding scheduling, travel, and sales initiatives.
