
Regional Sales Manager – Law Enforcement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +1 more state.
• Meet sales targets within the designated territory by creating effective sales strategies, programs, and presentations tailored for state and local law enforcement agencies.
• Assemble lists of potential customers utilizing business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, online resources, and various other channels.
• Establish and nurture relationships with the distributor network.
• Travel across the assigned territory to engage with both current and prospective customers, solicit orders, address inquiries, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Collaborate on sales visits with distributors and client representatives.
• Participate in trade shows to showcase law enforcement products and enhance brand visibility.
• Address inquiries from customers and independent sales representatives regarding technical questions, product information, samples, and technical assistance.
• Manage incoming inquiries by detailing product features, selection, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
• Provide continuous product training for law enforcement agencies, distributors, and dealer directs.
• Showcase and demonstrate products while highlighting their features.
• Utilize sales software to generate call reports, share market insights, develop opportunity pipelines, and project demand.
• Deliver reports, market intelligence, and strategic insights.
• Relay customer feedback to engineering, research and development, and sales teams.
• Offer investigative support and communication related to product performance challenges.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least six years of experience in law enforcement or federal law enforcement sales in a relevant market is highly preferred.
• Five years of full-time experience as a law enforcement or advanced military firearms instructor, or five years of relevant small arms commercial experience instructing military or law enforcement personnel is required.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to all applicable deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize sales activities and tasks based on their significance to the overall business goals.
• Capacity to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce software is preferred.
• Up to 50% domestic travel is necessary.
• Must be able to drive and remain seated in a vehicle for up to eight hours.
• Must be capable of regularly lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Occasional lifting of objects exceeding 25 pounds may be required.
