This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.
β’ Implement the designated sales strategy for the DACH, CEE, and France regions in collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA.
β’ Oversee and expand the assigned OEM and integrator accounts.
β’ Identify and cultivate new market opportunities within Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech, and Lab Automation/Integrators.
β’ Assist and partner with system integration associates by offering tools, training, and resources.
β’ Develop sales and marketing materials for integrators and OEM clients.
β’ Represent Precise Automation at trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry gatherings.
β’ Provide market insights to R&D, Operations, and Product Management teams.
β’ Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline progression, and territory performance.
β’ Support cross-functional projects aimed at driving regional growth.
β’ Participate in forecasting, strategic planning, and discussions with the EMEA commercial team.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and Manufacturing departments.
β’ Manage relationships with OEM clients, integrators, distributors, and strategic partners.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in automation, robotics, lab equipment, or high-technology sectors.
β’ Demonstrated success in territory management, account development, and revenue enhancement.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory automation.
β’ Familiar with Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech, and Lab Automation/Integrators.
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders from C-suite executives to engineering teams.
β’ Comfortable working autonomously while closely collaborating with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region (40%+).
β’ Fluency in English is essential.
β’ Proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
