This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.
• Act as the representative for the company's agricultural, industrial, and construction tire products and services.
• Cultivate leads and establish relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Structure daily work routines to engage with customers effectively.
• Formulate and execute a territory action plan utilizing thorough data analysis.
• Adapt sales strategies based on field interactions and outcomes.
• Sustain client relationships while pinpointing new sales prospects.
• Identify leads, schedule appointments, perform qualifying sales calls, and oversee the sales cycle until closure.
• Execute product demonstrations and address objections professionally.
• Create reports, proposals, and documentation for presentations at the executive level.
• Meet sales objectives by evaluating client requirements and adhering to a structured selling methodology.
• Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to achieve targets and maintain company standards.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience in the tire industry.
• Strong grasp of the sales process.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Proven capability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• Candidates must reside within the Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, or Missouri regions.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas is preferred.
