This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all sales operations within a designated geographic area.
• Evaluate competitor actions and identify business development prospects.
• Strive to achieve revenue objectives and sales director KPIs.
• Establish connections with businesses and cultivate relationships within the territory.
• Participate in relevant industry events and conferences.
• Utilize consumer insights, shared and customer-specific data, and information systems to enhance market share, sales, and profitability.
• Capitalize on Royal Oak brands and product offerings to boost profitability and meet targets for customers, shoppers, and the company.
• Create sales programs and presentations tailored for key accounts.
• Formulate and uphold account sales forecasts and budgets.
• Draft sales contracts, presentations, and specialized sales programs in both oral and written formats.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Royal Oak products and possess a working understanding of competitive products, their benefits, and pricing.
• Identify growth opportunities through product presentations, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Timely preparation and submission of sales, administrative, and forecasting reports.
• Monitor changes in the competitive marketplace and relay valuable information to superiors.
• Address disputes and challenges with assigned accounts to foster positive customer relationships.
• Prior experience as a territory sales manager.
• Relevant industry experience gained from a competitor or a related industry company.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven history of business development and achieving sales goals.
• Experience in presentations: designing, analyzing, and effectively delivering business and marketing materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational capabilities; adept at managing multiple issues while effectively prioritizing.
• Outstanding speaking and communication skills across various venues, topics, and audiences.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organizational skills, priority-setting, compliance monitoring, and follow-up.
• Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with syndicated data such as IRI and customer data.
• Capability to work with various technologies and enterprise applications.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
