This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Propel revenue growth and promote the Company's business objectives in collaboration with the Sales Director and Marketing Team.
• Formulate detailed sales strategies and manage territory business plans to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
• Create targeted business plans and strategies for effective resource allocation and sales initiatives.
• Support in devising sales strategies and overseeing internal processes that assist Territory Managers.
• Construct, oversee, and manage the sales pipeline; ensure pipeline size, structure, and quality; analyze win rates and win/loss statistics.
• Guide and mentor Territory Managers on sales methodologies, activity benchmarks, work ethics, and consultative selling techniques.
• Assist Territory Managers with sales tactics, recognizing buying signals, overcoming objections, and strategizing deals.
• Conduct weekly deal evaluations with each Territory Manager, monitor metrics, and track daily pipeline activities.
• Engage relevant resources at appropriate times.
• Maintain awareness of deal phases and forthcoming commitments within the designated territory.
• Aid in comprehending client requirements, qualifying prospects, diagnosing challenges, and resolving issues.
• Recruit, retain, onboard, and offboard sales personnel as necessary.
• Inspire and support sales teams in prospecting and closing both new and existing accounts.
• Evaluate, manage, and document employee performance while providing constructive feedback.
• Utilize and reinforce sales tools and metrics effectively.
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports on team achievements and performance relative to plans.
• Assist the team in cultivating and maintaining relationships with prospects, clients, internal resources, and partners.
• Develop tactical plans, suggest and implement best practices, assess progress, and align resources to achieve sales objectives.
• Three to five (3-5) years of sales experience is required.
• Relevant industry sales management experience is necessary.
• Proven success in achieving progressively higher quotas or other sales-related objectives.
• A demonstrated history of customer acquisition and retention.
• Established capability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, manage, and finalize deals.
• Leadership experience with a documented history of accomplishments.
• Proven ability to motivate oneself and others effectively.
• Capacity to solve practical problems in complex situations and interpret diverse instructions.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting business information, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Clear and concise communication skills across various mediums and environments.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Skill in gathering and analyzing information adeptly to develop alternative solutions.
• Ability to follow directives, respond to management guidance, take responsibility, and honor commitments.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to achieve goals.
• Capability to facilitate open communication and relationships with staff, colleagues, prospects, and customers.
• Ability to build rapport and constructive relationships, employing diplomacy and tact to defuse high-tension scenarios.
• Proficiency in prioritizing crucial tasks, removing obstacles, and fostering focus.
• Consistent track record of surpassing goals and driving results.
• Ability to identify and recruit top talent and assemble skilled teams.
• Supervisory experience; this role leads a team of 5-10 Territory Managers.
