This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Deliver consultative assistance to dealer customers within an assigned territory.
• Provide sales and marketing training to optimize dealer performance as spa/sauna retailers.
• Actively promote Watkins Wellness spas, saunas, and accessory products through the dealer network.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with both current and prospective dealer customers.
• Offer product and sales training, business collaboration, dealer visits, effective communication, and thorough follow-up.
• Conduct regular sales and marketing training sessions for existing dealers.
• Achieve annual sales objectives and drive sales growth across various product categories.
• Ensure the execution of commercial and promotional programs within the designated region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Support, and other internal teams.
• Address delivery, technical, business, product, and supply chain challenges.
• Manage the territory by organizing dealer visits and planning route loops.
• Prepare meeting agendas and deliver updates via reports and presentation slides.
• Keep precise records and submit expense and status reports.
• Represent Watkins Wellness and dealer customers at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• A minimum of five years of experience in wholesale and retail sales.
• Experience with consumer products, independent retailers, and Business-to-Business (B2B) channels is preferred.
• Background in the Pool and Spa industry is advantageous.
• Proven success in consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Demonstrated capability to inspire others, boost revenues, and function effectively in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Competent in preparing reports, presentations, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Strong capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be willing and able to travel approximately 110 days/nights annually.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Must confirm identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds.
