This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +10 more states.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships in the Northeast Region.
• Travel to client locations within the region to promote and sell LCS products and services, which include maintenance agreements, engineered solutions, and spare and change parts programs.
• Analyze customer information and samples to prepare quotations and process orders for wear and change parts.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, accounting, sales, and service teams to identify solutions and establish pricing.
• Engage with customers and company management to discuss issue identification, resolution, and volume-related matters.
• Oversee daily operations and order processing, ensuring timely information flow and order fulfillment based on customer needs.
• Transform customer opportunities and requests into Krones products and solutions for end-customer sales.
• Participate in in-person sales meetings at least twice a year, along with other events outside the designated region.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A college degree or substantial industry experience is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Krones machinery and product lines, including fillers, labelers, packers, blow molders, and conveyors.
• Engineering or technical experience is advantageous.
• A self-motivated, intelligent, and organized individual with the ability to cultivate strong and enduring customer relationships.
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, as well as the MS Office Suite, is highly preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
• Availability to travel approximately 60% of the typical workweek, with some weeks requiring additional travel.
