This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.
• Achieve or surpass company sales targets in Cincinnati, Ohio, and West Virginia.
• Develop and maintain account and territory plans to set and accomplish sales goals.
• Cultivate a customer-focused culture by building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Enhance results orientation, manage product approval processes, develop the territory, and expand clinical knowledge.
• Share practices and innovative ideas with team members.
• Utilize computer-based customer and account management systems for tracking contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit timely activity reports, along with monthly and quarterly business reviews as needed.
• Support trade show exhibits and participate in periodic company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeons to enhance visibility through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and poster presentations.
• Aid in identifying cases for case studies, white papers, and additions to the video library.
• Coordinate and manage the hospital product approval process.
• Identify additional target hospitals and physicians within the designated territory.
• Assist in training surgeons and hospital personnel.
• Participate in project team activities, contributing to team efforts.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in selling innovative products through a conceptual approach.
• Proven success in a start-up atmosphere and/or launching new products.
• Skills in customer and account profiling.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and leading team performance.
• Strong professional references reflecting respect from former supervisors and tier one clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and self-direction.
• Essential customer service skills and experience.
• Strong self-motivator and a collaborative team player with consensus-building abilities.
• Capability to assess communication and advertising materials and provide suggestions.
• Experience in creating and applying tools to gather accurate feedback on business needs and enhancements.
• Proficient in conveying customer requirements within the organization effectively.
• Ability to foresee the need and timing for new promotional materials.
• Effective communication via phone and email for company management.
• Comfortable in a start-up setting and eager to adapt to a larger, more structured organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment, whether at home or in a centrally located office.
• Willingness to travel extensively during the day, with occasional overnight and weekend travel.
• Must fulfill all RepTrax and similar third-party accreditation requirements for account access.
