This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.
• Achieve or surpass the company’s sales targets spanning from St. George, Utah to Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Develop and manage account and territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals within the designated area.
• Cultivate and promote a customer-focused culture through establishing relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance results orientation, manage product approval processes, develop the territory, and improve clinical knowledge.
• Share innovative practices and suggestions with team members.
• Utilize computer-based customer/account management systems to monitor contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
• Prepare timely activity reports and conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Support trade show exhibits and participate in periodic company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeons to enhance visibility through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal club meetings, and poster presentations.
• Identify cases for case studies, white papers, and additions to the video library.
• Engage in project team activities and contribute to team participation.
• Coordinate and facilitate the hospital product approval processes.
• Identify additional target hospitals and physicians within the territory.
• Assist in training surgeons and hospital staff.
• Stay updated on RepTrax and similar third-party accreditation requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Proficient in “concept” selling innovative products.
• Proven success in a start-up environment and/or in launching new products.
• Strong customer & account profiling skills.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and leading team “leader boards.”
• Solid professional references that reflect respect from previous supervisors and tier one customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, and self-directed approach.
• Essential skills and experience in customer service required.
• Strong self-starter and effective team player with consensus-building abilities.
• Capacity to assess communication/advertising materials and programs, providing recommendations.
• Experience in developing and implementing tools to obtain accurate feedback on business needs and enhancements.
• Skilled in effectively communicating customer requirements within the organization.
• Ability to anticipate the need for new promotional materials and their timing.
• Proficient in utilizing phone and email for company management effectively.
• Comfortable in a start-up atmosphere and eager to grow into a larger, more structured organization.
• Capability to work effectively in a “virtual environment,” whether from home or a centrally located office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on project and/or customer demands.
• Significant daytime travel required, with occasional overnight stays and weekends.
• Must meet RepTrax and similar third-party accreditation requirements to access target accounts.
