This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Engage and mentor advisors to enhance their businesses through net client acquisition, net flows, and practice management.
• Collaborate with field leaders to achieve results across designated geographies or territories.
• Offer proactive support to advisors on growth-related topics via Teams, calls, chats, and other communication channels.
• Meet minimum contact service standards for coached advisors.
• Analyze data to pinpoint reasons for contact and drive sales outcomes and behavioral changes.
• Influence advisors to expedite growth or make necessary adjustments when needed.
• Create cohorts of advisors focused on client acquisition, net flows, or practice management.
• Curate content, facilitate peer discussions, and promote the Four Disciplines of Execution through monthly calls.
• Engage advisors through business planning sessions, town halls, one-on-ones with leaders, and other approaches.
• Evaluate advisor needs and provide tailored growth plans.
• Collaborate to identify leading and lagging growth metrics.
• Develop technical learning labs and growth labs centered on firm technology.
• Cultivate advisor champions and partner with them to deliver content.
• Align messaging with field leadership to deliver content both regionally and nationally.
• Travel with field leaders and team members for territory and national events.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and present to advisor groups virtually or at local leadership events.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Active Series 7 or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
• Previous sales and marketing experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Previous experience in collaborative work with a diverse range of partners.
• Knowledge of financial planning principles, processes, and advisor practice management systems.
• Ability to influence the behavior of advisors and field leaders.
• Strong skills in communication, coaching, training, and presentation.
• Ability to coach advisors on the compliant use of financial planning tools.
• Ability to collaborate, develop, and sustain relationships, and influence field sales leaders and advisors to achieve results.
• Self-motivated and accountable.
• Valid work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States.
