Regional Sales Director – Specialty Kraft Paper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and implement the Specialty Kraft Paper commercial strategy throughout Western Europe and the Nordics to achieve sustainable growth.

• Take ownership of regional sales performance, encompassing P&L accountability, pricing strategies, and margin enhancements.

• Build, mentor, and nurture a high-performing sales team.

• Enhance strategic customer relationships through key account management, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements.

• Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and commercial data to pinpoint growth opportunities and inform decision-making.

• Keep track of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with production facilities, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational coherence.

• Propel business growth through new applications, customer segments, and strategic initiatives.

• Represent Mondi with key clients and industry stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in the paper, packaging, or related industrial materials sectors.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional commercial strategies.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Experience in managing key accounts and cross-functional stakeholders within an international matrix organization.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel throughout Western Europe and the Nordics.
