
Regional Sales Director – North Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +21 more states.
• Oversee a regional sales territory for electrical products and services.
• Achieve regional sales goals through forecasting, territory planning, and strategic execution.
• Direct the management plans for the territory, account strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Formulate strategies to enhance revenue, customer retention, and market share.
• Establish systems to monitor performance metrics, pipeline activities, and market trends.
• Develop comprehensive business plans in collaboration with marketing, operations, and product management teams.
• Provide insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams regarding customer behavior, economic conditions, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with distributors, key clients, and strategic partners to strengthen relationships and identify avenues for growth.
• Mentor sales managers and account executives on opportunity management, negotiation, and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Work alongside regional sales agents to enhance performance management, strategic thinking, leadership development, and regional capabilities.
• Oversee staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Adhere to company policies and standards while performing other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 8-11 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience or expertise in electrical products, services, and market dynamics.
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management.
• Experience in Market Research.
• Skilled in Lead Generation.

• Competence in Forecasting.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
