This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement the regional sales strategy along with the annual sales plan in line with GuidePoint’s organizational goals.
• Assist the regional sales team by leading and participating in meetings with clients and prospects, while leveraging corporate resources as necessary.
• Engage in collaboration on sales opportunities, managing pipelines, forecasts, and enhancing business efficiencies.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and development for the sales team to promote high performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the executive team to create strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Ensure that communications and marketing materials are aligned and accurately represent the GuidePoint Security brand.
• Oversee the execution of sales policies and practices.
• Cultivate revenue-generating relationships with key partners at both local and national levels.
• Lead and support the professional sales team in the Heartland region.
• Foster customer and vendor relationships to support business growth and achieve regional goals.
• 5+ years of successful leadership experience with teams focused on enterprise security software sales using a consultative selling approach.
• Background and expertise in Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings.
• A proven history of building and leading results-oriented sales teams.
• An excellent track record of motivating, coaching, and developing a team to achieve high performance.
• High level of integrity along with a strong work ethic and proactive leadership skills.
• Highly energetic and passionate about client service, with a strong drive for success.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities to identify and address complex operational, regional, and execution challenges, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform and succeed in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Commitment to collaborative and cross-functional work.
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize effectively, exercise sound judgment, and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with clients and internally across all levels.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with an emphasis on key priorities.
• Proven ability to engage in continuous learning and professional development, fostering similar growth in team members.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Sedentary work requirements.
• Significant movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours each day.
• Close visual acuity for viewing computer screens and/or extensive reading for at least 8 hours daily.
• Must be located in the U.S. for work purposes.
• Primarily a remote workforce (U.S. based only; travel may be required for specific roles, and on-site work may be necessary for Federal positions).
