This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and oversee the sales strategy for the Eastern Canada region.
• Market and sell products manufactured by the company through selected distributors and dealers.
• Achieve regional goals for revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify opportunities within the market to promote growth and attract new customers.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with customers, distributors, dealers, and stakeholders in the industry.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-achieving sales team.
• Oversee hiring processes, performance evaluations, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Implement sales strategies in collaboration with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Establish regional sales objectives, forecasts, and business plans.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Ensure precise reporting, operational excellence, and adherence to policies.
• Build trust, manage risks, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in the dental industry.
• Proven experience in leading a team of professionals.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must reside within the designated territory; preference for candidates living in Montreal or Toronto.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Established track record in B2B sales leadership using a structured sales methodology.
• Capability to comprehend, simplify, and convey technical, clinical, and product information to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability in coaching, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic mindset with a history of fostering business growth through innovation, sound decision-making, and effective execution.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities and make results-oriented decisions.
• Proficient in planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
• Experience in applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to sales and business processes.
• Willingness to travel, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays, up to 40% of the time.
• Openness to co-travel with each representative for an average of 3–5 days each quarter.
