This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.
• Lead and nurture a team of senior sales professionals.
• Oversee personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account strategies, forecasting, quota achievement, sales presentations, and management of short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities.
• Identify, create, and implement account strategies to secure new Cloud Security opportunities and enhance customer revenue.
• Scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements to surpass booking and revenue quota targets.
• Target and engage with decision-makers in key prospective accounts.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development teams.
• Operate within the partner ecosystem to leverage established account presence and relationships.
• Capture, maintain, and share prospect information utilizing Salesforce.com, CLARI, and other data analytics tools.
• Position CrowdStrike’s cybersecurity and threat intelligence portfolio, particularly focusing on Cloud Security, to senior customer executives within the assigned territory.
• Experience in leading a team, fostering a culture of excellence and providing career-making experiences for direct reports.
• Proven track record of success in selling to major/large enterprise accounts as a first-line leader.
• Successful experience in solution sales while leading a sales team focused on selling cybersecurity software and/or infrastructure products.
• In-depth understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies along with competitive offerings.
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding booking and revenue targets.
• Successful experience in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales methodologies.
• Experience in building executive relationships and recognizing the importance of relationships with senior executives.
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to work remotely and a willingness to travel on short notice.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is strongly preferred.
