This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Develop and consistently update the program's Artifact Library.
• Draft the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the COSE Intake Process, which includes the RACI matrix and workflow diagram.
• Generate the corresponding Intake Workflow Configuration Documentation.
• Create the Stakeholder Training Guide.
• Assist the Program Manager with Weekly Progress Reports, Quad Charts, Leadership Briefing Packages, monthly reports, the Contractor Project Management Plan, and staff roster products.
• Execute configuration management for documentation and artifacts, ensuring version control, adherence to naming conventions, and maintenance of change history.
• Refine engineering and security content into material that is accessible and actionable for non-engineering Government stakeholders.
• Oversee the program's artifact library and manage the intake process governing how tasks are assigned to the team.
• Current DoD 8140/8570 Level III certification is required at the time of application; acceptable categories include IAT III, IAM III, or IASAE III.
• Acceptable credentials may include CompTIA SecurityX, CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CCSP, CISM, CCISO, CISA, or GSLC, or another certification listed on the current DoD 8140 qualification matrix at the required level.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Degrees obtained outside the United States must have a NACES-member equivalency evaluation.
• Experience in technical writing for a Federal customer, which includes standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Proven experience in configuration management of documentation and artifacts across a program.
• Familiarity with building and operating an intake or work-request process that includes a defined RACI.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 / High Risk Public Trust background investigation, VA systems access, and PIV credentialing.
• Work cannot commence until an interim determination is received.
