This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire deal life cycle, starting from prospecting new accounts to engaging decision-makers, generating proposals, finalizing agreements, and closing contracts.
• Navigate organizational dynamics involving Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement teams, and C-suite economic buyers.
• Conduct executive-level discovery to uncover business challenges that quantum computing can resolve.
• Manage focused, multi-stakeholder sales processes from initial meetings to contract execution, typically spanning 3–6 months.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal teams.
• Articulate the Classiq value proposition and position the company as a long-term strategic partner.
• Structure deals for potential expansion from the outset.
• Contribute to territory strategy, vertical messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Represent Classiq at significant industry events as a credible voice within the quantum ecosystem.
• Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with a rigorous qualification process.
• Engage with government initiatives, industry partners, and leading research organizations.
• Influence regional go-to-market strategies and assist in establishing Classiq’s long-term growth in Scandinavia.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales.
• Proven track record of securing $200K+ ACV deals.
• Experience in selling deep tech SaaS solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 500 companies, with specific named logos and quantifiable results.
• Experience in selling within an emerging or pre-mainstream category where buyer comprehension needed to be developed.
• Ability to sell to technical buyers, engineers, scientists, or PhD-level decision-makers while maintaining credibility.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving technical champions and VP/C-suite economic buyers.
• Comfort with operating under a rapidly evolving playbook.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability to a highly agile and fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Native proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish.
• Technical Degree and MBA preferred.
• In-depth familiarity with at least one target vertical: chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, or aerospace & defense.
• Prior experience managing a quota exceeding $2M ARR with documented attainment history.
• Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during its pre-mainstream phase.
