This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Take ownership of the complete deal life-cycle, from identifying new prospects to finalizing contracts.
• Navigate the purchasing organizations that include Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement teams, and C-suite economic decision-makers.
• Lead high-level discovery sessions to pinpoint the business challenges that quantum computing can resolve.
• Manage targeted, multi-stakeholder sales processes from the initial meeting to contract signing, typically spanning 3 to 6 months.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from product, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal departments.
• Articulate the Classiq value proposition and establish the firm as a long-term strategic partner.
• Design deals for scalability from the outset.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of the territory, vertical messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Represent Classiq at regional quantum events and industry-specific conferences.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with a strong focus on qualification discipline.
• Engage with governmental initiatives, industry partners, and leading research institutions.
• Shape the regional go-to-market strategy and assist in establishing Classiq's long-term growth in Eastern Europe.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales.
• Proven history of securing deals with an annual contract value exceeding $200K.
• Experience in selling deep tech SaaS solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 500 companies, with specific client names and metrics available for reference.
• Experience in selling within an emerging or pre-mainstream category, necessitating the creation of buyer understanding.
• Ability to engage with technical buyers, engineers, scientists, or PhD-level decision-makers while maintaining credibility.
• Experience managing enterprise deals that involve multiple stakeholders, including technical advocates and VP/C-suite economic buyers.
• Comfort with a rapidly evolving playbook.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptability within a highly agile and fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient in English, and fluent in either Polish or Romanian, both written and spoken.
• A technical degree and an MBA are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of at least one target vertical: chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, or aerospace & defense.
• Previous experience managing a quota exceeding $2M ARR with a documented history of achievement.
• Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during its pre-mainstream stages.
