This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the entire deal life cycle, from identifying new accounts to finalizing contracts.
• Navigate within buying organizations that include Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement, and economic buyers at the C-suite level.
• Lead high-level discussions to uncover business challenges that quantum computing can address.
• Conduct focused sales processes with multiple stakeholders, generally spanning 3 to 6 months.
• Work collaboratively with product teams, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal departments.
• Articulate Classiq’s value proposition and establish the company as a long-term strategic partner.
• Design deals to facilitate expansion from the outset.
• Contribute to the strategy for territory, vertical messaging, and competitive approaches.
• Represent Classiq at regional quantum and industry-specific events.
• Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with a strong qualification approach.
• Establish Classiq’s commercial leadership and foster long-term growth in Eastern Europe.
• Engage with government initiatives, industry partners, and prominent research organizations.
• Influence the regional go-to-market strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales.
• Proven history of securing deals with an annual contract value exceeding $200K.
• Experience in selling deep tech SaaS solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 500 companies, with specific references available upon request.
• Experience in selling within an emerging or pre-mainstream market where buyer education was essential.
• Ability to engage with technical buyers, including engineers, scientists, or PhD-level decision-makers, while maintaining credibility.
• Experience managing enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, involving technical advocates and VP/C-suite economic buyers.
• Comfortable working with a rapidly changing playbook.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptable to a highly agile and fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in either Polish or Romanian, both written and spoken.
• A technical degree and an MBA are preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one target vertical: chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, or aerospace & defense.
• Prior experience managing a quota exceeding $2M in annual recurring revenue with documented success.
• Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during its early development phase.
