Regional Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assess MET operational processes to swiftly identify and resolve issues.

• Drive operational performance through in-aisle gap analysis.

• Stay updated and knowledgeable about MET SOPs and strategic initiatives.

• Mentor MEAs, Supervisors, MEMs, and DEMs by providing education, coaching, and training on operational processes.

• Perform comprehensive, multi-day training visits to outlier stores to enhance store performance.

• Organize and plan weekly and monthly RQM routines.

• Monitor store walk progress and game plan implementation.

• Manage 1–2 regions and visit additional stores to interact with associates and pinpoint best practices.

• Communicate efficiently across all organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• High school diploma and/or GED is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience is necessary.

• Proven ability to assess MET operational processes and identify challenges.

• Familiarity with MET SOPs and strategic initiatives is essential.

• Capability to teach, coach, and train on operational processes.

• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels are required.

• Overnight travel is typically required more than 50% of the time.

• Ability to remain seated or standing in one spot, stoop frequently, and lift/move light materials or equipment typically weighing less than 8 pounds.

• Willingness to work in environments with temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, high noise levels, and fumes.
