📋 Description

• Ensure all team members adopt the Sciens safety culture and adhere to all safety protocols.

• Provide assistance for regional solutions, engineering, project management, and service teams within the designated Divisions.

• Manage the budget and achieve revenue and gross margin objectives for the assigned Divisions.

• Aid Divisions in liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to implement plans, programs, and processes aimed at maximizing market potential.

• Conduct pre-bid evaluations with Division management and regional leadership for large-scale projects.

• Create and execute consistent processes for the region that enhance operational outcomes.

• Develop and manage the training program for project managers in the region.

• Monitor the accurate execution of monthly project cost and work in progress (WIP) analysis for the assigned Division.

• Report financial data to the senior executive team and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Foster a culture of high performance at the Division level.

• Assist in manpower planning and resource allocation for assigned Divisions.

• Cultivate strong operational leadership within the assigned Divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in an operations manager position within the fire and life safety sector.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including company leadership, regional personnel, contractors, customers, and vendors.

• Proven team builder with strong leadership skills.

• Extensive knowledge of current fire and life safety systems.

• Advanced comprehension of profit and loss statements and key financial indicators.

• Willingness to travel overnight when necessary.
