Contract Operations Analyst – Fixed Term 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assign responses to both internal and external partner inquiries regarding customer and partner agreements, along with other contract-related requests.

• Administer the lifecycle of SailPoint templates, which include NDAs, Framework Customer Agreements, SaaS Agreements, customer Schedules/Quotations, SOWs, DPAs, and other transactional documents.

• Support in the development and distribution of Delivery Notices for SailPoint Offerings and Other Services.

• Archive fully executed agreements with relevant attributes linked to customer and partner accounts.

• Keep account and contract data current in Salesforce and the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.

• Provide specific project management assistance as required.

• Observe team members to gain insights into SailPoint contracting and workflow processes.

• Review internal courses and resources to gain an understanding of how sales teams collaborate with the Contracts team.

• Manage requests through Salesforce and Outlook.

• Create and revise framings within the CLM tool and assist with iterations and updates to CLM implementation.

• Process quotes promptly.

• Cultivate relationships with Deal Desk, Accounts, and global Contracts teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a SaaS company or commercial environment is preferred.

• High capability for innovative problem-solving.

• Strong ability to work autonomously and think independently.

• Previous experience with Salesforce, quote to cash systems (QTC), and CPQ processes is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail – methodical, organized, and driven by processes.

• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders and colleagues, facilitating the coordination of cross-functional teams.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure and in accordance with Quarter-End and Year-End timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent global experience.

• Must reside in any city within the UK.
