Regional Medical Director – 24/7 Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and guidance of policies and procedures.

• Guarantee that outstanding medical quality and service are provided to patients.

• Lead the development of an employed model that addresses provider needs, fosters process innovation, and supports provider mentoring.

• Act as the representative voice of the provider.

• Enhance provider satisfaction and accountability.

• Boost provider support.

• Propel ongoing clinical and service enhancements.

• Oversee accountability for all W2 and 1099 providers within the region/product area.

• Manage KPIs and quality metrics in the designated region/product area.

• Engage with all W2 providers.

• Conduct monthly meetings and communications.

• Monitor individual performance metrics.

• Facilitate support and improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and coach newly hired staff.

• Support providers with various license types.

• Offer clinical consultation.

• Address and resolve conflicts.

• Ensure adherence to new initiatives.

• Supervise staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Medical Degree with active and continuous board certification is mandatory.

• Active Board Certification is a prerequisite.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities is necessary.

• Experience in a multi-specialty, fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and decisive judgment.

• Capability to manage a variety of administrative and clinical responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• A passion for clinical excellence and professional integrity.

• Ability to collaborate positively with both clinicians and non-clinicians.

• Candidates must currently have authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
