This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead a hands-on team dedicated to growth in placements and support for hosts, participants, and community members.
• Oversee sales to new hosts, renew and expand existing host relationships, and identify host families within a designated territory.
• Establish personalized sales objectives and pipeline targets while coaching team members to surpass seasonal goals.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage new hosts and rejuvenate current relationships.
• Create and implement host-focused community events to add value and enhance sales opportunities.
• Provide account management for host accounts by fostering long-term relationships, fulfilling commitments, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
• Monitor and report on sales and placement outcomes, swiftly adjusting strategies to guarantee success.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies and offer guidance to optimize placement results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and uphold program quality.
• Guarantee a high-quality experience for stakeholders through proactive communication and support, as evaluated by NPS results.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of proven sales success is required; experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Ability to derive conclusions and formulate strategies based on metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail are required.
• A proactive approach and a preference for a fast-paced work environment are essential.
• Capability to work effectively with remote field staff.
• Proficient in investigating and analyzing information to draw conclusions and resolve problems efficiently.
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a sense of humor.
• Required technology proficiency; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
• Innovative, creative, and adaptable to changing environments.

• Background checks, reference checks, and verification of education and employment are required as conditions of employment.
• Candidates must reside in Mackinac, Michigan, United States.
