This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee a dedicated team aimed at enhancing placement growth and providing support for hosts, participants, and community members.
• Generate job sales from host employers leading to multiple program placements.
• Arrange host families for Summer Work and Travel participants when employers are unable to provide housing.
• Organize and implement community events that offer value to hosts.
• Mentor staff in sales techniques and account management practices.
• Address host-related hiring requirements and ensure prompt and effective placement of participants.
• Manage sales efforts towards new hosts, renew and expand existing host relationships, and source host families within a specified territory.
• Establish personalized sales objectives and pipeline targets while providing ongoing coaching.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract new hosts and renew current relationships.
• Create and implement host-focused community events designed to optimize sales.
• Cultivate long-lasting host account relationships, ensure commitments are met, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
• Monitor and report on sales and placement outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve success.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies and offer guidance to enhance placement results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams.
• Deliver a gold-standard stakeholder experience through proactive communication and support, evaluated by NPS results.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales success is essential; experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Capability to draw insights and formulate strategies based on metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are required.
• A proactive approach and a preference for working in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote field staff.
• Proficient in investigating and analyzing information to efficiently draw conclusions and solve problems.
• Energetic, personable, and oriented towards goals and teamwork.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possessing a sense of humor.
• Required technology proficiency; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
• Innovative, creative, and adaptable to a changing environment.

• Successful completion of a background check, reference check, and verification of education and employment is required for employment.
• Candidates must reside in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
