Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish direction and communication with General Managers, ensuring accountability for execution by location Managers.

• Oversee a team of General Managers within the designated region.

• Allocate 80% of time in theaters to monitor performance, offer feedback, and acknowledge exceptional contributions.

• Conduct regular meetings and conference calls to relay company directives and reinforce policies and procedures.

• Perform location inspections as necessary and provide constructive feedback to General Managers.

• Ensure achievement of budgeted sales targets while managing expenses in accordance with the budget.

• Lead General Managers in driving sales and maximizing profit margins.

• Monitor controllable expenses and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Safeguard company assets, achieve budgeted shrink results, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Handle Human Resources matters to support retention, training, development, and hiring standards.

• Ensure General Managers facilitate corporate training programs and that employees complete company-mandated training.

• Monitor employee engagement and respond appropriately.

• Approve promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions as required.

• Provide guidance and support for management team development through the General Manager.

• Assist General Managers with mid-year and year-end performance evaluations for the management team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the full-service restaurant or entertainment sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Demonstrated history of operational excellence.

• Strong influencing and negotiating abilities.

• Capability to build robust relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, educational levels, and life experiences.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Leadership qualities, with a sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset.

• Resilient and adaptable.

• Capacity to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
