Regional LTC Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Build relationships with benefit brokers and employers to identify potential employer groups interested in worksite LTC solutions.

• Conduct cold calls, research leads, and network to discover prospective clients.

• Deliver presentations on LTC products and services to potential clients.

• Recommend appropriate LTC solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Inform prospects about LTC insurance and its benefits.

• Interact with clients through email, phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings.

• Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Develop proposals, prepare quotes and sales presentations, and keep CRM tools updated.

• Observe experienced consultants to gain insights into best practices and strategies.

• Acquire a producer license within three months of hiring and maintain state insurance licensing along with continuing education for LTC products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree is required.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is necessary.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Strong interpersonal abilities are required.

• Effective time management and adaptability skills are necessary.

• Experience in networking, lead development, and researching potential clients is preferred.

• Capability to obtain a producer’s license within three months of employment.

• Must maintain state insurance licensing and pursue continuing education for LTC products.

• Previous sales experience in a related employee benefits field is preferred.
