Regional Income Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in sales initiatives within the Indiana territory, which may extend to parts of neighboring states.

• Drive growth and profitability in a designated area through Finance & Insurance book-of-business sales.

• Develop and nurture relationships while enhancing production within existing accounts.

• Gather referrals for new Finance & Insurance business opportunities among major franchised automotive dealers.

• Facilitate performance and key initiatives by providing ongoing training and development for dealerships.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders through email, intranet communications, and newsletters.

• Participate in conferences, seminars, training sessions, and meetings to advance Zurich’s marketing efforts.

• Adapt to evolving technology and IT needs of customer accounts.

• Secure internal support to foster strong customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) accompanied by at least 4 years of experience in sales.

• Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.

• Experience in dealership training.

• Advanced familiarity with technology utilized in dealerships.

• Basic understanding of all Finance & Insurance products.

• Knowledge of warranty claims techniques and terminology.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• The ideal candidate should reside within the Indiana territory.

• All applicants must undergo a driving record check.
