Regional Income Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving sales initiatives within the Northeast territory.

• Foster growth and profitability in a designated region by managing Finance & Insurance book-of-business sales.

• Build and maintain profitable relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Develop and enhance relationships while boosting production in major franchised automotive dealer accounts.

• Acquire referrals for new F&I business opportunities.

• Aid in achieving performance objectives and key initiatives through continuous training and development at dealerships.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through email, intranet, and newsletters.

• Participate in conferences, seminars, training sessions, and other meetings to advance Zurich’s marketing initiatives.

• Stay attuned to and address customers’ evolving technology and IT needs.

• Secure internal support to sustain customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales OR a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4 or more years of sales experience.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.

• Experience in dealership training.

• Advanced familiarity with technology utilized in dealerships.

• Basic understanding of all F&I products.

• Knowledge of warranty claims techniques and terminology.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Ideal candidates should reside in the territory covering Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont, including possibly parts of neighboring states.

• All candidates will undergo a driving record check.
