Regional Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise the accuracy and punctual completion of invoicing tasks for intricate regional projects or clients.

• Assist Corporate or Operational Finance personnel with advanced invoicing and reporting tasks.

• Manage the workload of the Regional Finance Team and allocate special projects.

• Review project contracts related to billing and revenue recognition, communicating their financial implications.

• Collaborate with Project Management and Corporate departments on revenue-recognition documentation.

• Address invoicing-status inquiries from operations and other departments.

• Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain quality control on invoicing and collections processes.

• Deliver excellent internal and external client service via phone, email, chat, or in person.

• Execute regional and company data analysis.

• Engage in management meetings concerning invoicing and reporting.

• Take part in billing application and system testing.

• Develop billing training materials and provide staff training.

• Contribute to Operations Accounting initiatives, ERP enhancements, and ad hoc projects.

• Assist with procurement tasks, supplier onboarding, credit card reconciliations, and invoice accuracy checks.

• Facilitate Pricing Tool adoption for quotations and project creation.

• Adhere to safety regulations and uphold project quality standards.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, or 9 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• Proficiency in critical thinking, interpersonal relationships, communication, and technical skills.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.

• Strong leadership and mentoring qualities.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing workflows and business needs.

• Experience with Oracle is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
