Regional Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead a regional team comprised of Financial Analysts and Billing specialists.

• Manage and provide support for budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting within the region.

• Facilitate the formulation of annual budgets.

• Supervise the processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Uphold robust financial governance through auditing and the prevention of errors.

• Analyze intricate financial and operational data to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Identify avenues for ongoing process enhancement.

• Create internal reporting tools.

• Cultivate relationships with global partners to guarantee adherence to cost models and service level agreements.

• Lead special projects as required.

• Maintain documentation to ensure business continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid UK driving license.

• Have the right to work in the UK.

• Must be willing to undergo the company’s pre-employment 5-year history screening process.

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or possess equivalent experience.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a complex, operations-focused setting.

• Accumulate at least 5-10 years of international or regional finance experience.

• Possess a background in analytical and financial analysis.
