This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the execution, performance, and expansion of 1st Phorm's field marketing initiatives throughout Texas.
• Direct the implementation of field marketing events, which include fitness gatherings, retail activations, and community activities.
• Ensure all activations align with 1st Phorm's brand standards.
• Manage logistics for events, encompassing setup, breakdown, staffing, inventory, and on-site operations.
• Serve as the on-site leader for significant events and initiatives.
• Propel in-store activations and sampling initiatives for retail partners.
• Enhance product awareness, trial, and retail velocity in target markets.
• Cultivate relationships with store managers and regional partners.
• Implement Better For You product initiatives.
• Direct and support the Texas street team and field representatives.
• Prepare, align, and offer direction and accountability to team members.
• Aid in the training and onboarding of new field marketing team members.
• Identify and suggest new event opportunities within Texas.
• Schedule and coordinate events in alignment with company priorities.
• Collaborate with Events, Wholesale, Legionnaire, Student Marketer, and other internal teams.
• Maintain organized event plans, timelines, and communications.
• Oversee local inventory of field marketing assets and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for events.
• Monitor and report on sampling, consumer engagement, retail impact, event attendance, reach, cost per sample, data capture, on-site sales, budget adherence, and retail velocity.
• Provide post-event summaries and insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and return on investment.
• Represent 1st Phorm professionally and act as a key brand ambassador in the Texas market.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Events, or Brand Activation.
• Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and retail brand structure and operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Texas.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
