This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development and scheduling of campaign content across various channels including email, SMS/app push, direct mail, social media, and web.
• Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring that campaigns remain on schedule across multiple credit union partners.
• Support quality assurance for campaign assets, links, and tracking parameters (UTMs) prior to launch.
• Draft and format content for campaigns, encompassing email copy, social media posts, and web content.
• Ensure all content adheres to Medicare compliance guidelines and reflects the brand's voice.
• Coordinate the delivery of assets to credit union partners and monitor the review and approval process.
• Compile and organize data on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
• Maintain performance dashboards and highlight significant trends to the Manager and Head of Marketing.
• Assist with ad hoc data requests and basic analysis tasks.
• Manage communications and scheduling with marketing contacts at credit unions.
• Support logistical aspects of webinars and events, including registration setup, reminders, and follow-up materials.
• Provide general administrative and organizational assistance to the marketing team.
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing (internships are included!).
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to support real-world tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and deadlines effectively.
• Composed and steady demeanor under pressure, with the ability to prioritize tasks amid busy periods or shifting deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient general computer skills and a quick learner of new software and platforms.
• Clear and precise writing skills, with comfort in editing content for tone and accuracy.
• Familiarity with handling spreadsheets and basic data (Excel/Google Sheets).
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
• Interest in financial services, Medicare/insurance, or marketing to older adults is an added advantage.
